Soh Hong Yu / UltraRaptor

I build things
no one asked for.

Usually because something annoyed me
enough to build it.

FilmGram

CURRENTLY ON THE WORKBENCH

FilmGram

A code-first AI pipeline for turning briefs into videos.

A video pipeline you can inspect at every step: brief, script, storyboard, HyperFrames composition, narration and render. FilmGram uses local Ollama models, Kokoro narration and FFmpeg, with resumable generation and editable project files. Less time doing repetitive editing. More time making the thing.

Enchanted Notebook

A LITTLE SOFTWARE MAGIC

Enchanted Notebook

Write a question. The notebook answers back.

A full-screen canvas for handwriting and doodles. Pause your pen and Gemini reads the page, then writes back with a cursive ink-tracing effect. It supports a stylus, touchscreen or mouse, and keeps recent answered pages as notebook memory.

Trace regulatory changes before they become legal problems.

The Localised Amendment Resilience Platform traces regulatory changes through document dependencies to identify affected contracts and internal policies. An interactive graph feeds a human-in-the-loop amendment workflow, with impact prioritisation, version comparison and side-by-side AI-generated diffs.

PickMe

Stress-test your product content before AI shoppers do.

PickMe simulates how AI shopping agents interpret product listings and surfaces missing or ambiguous information. Built as an end-to-end MVP with React, FastAPI and the OpenAI API at LifeHack 2026, where it won the Rezolve AI Consumerism Challenge.

A quick look inside my head

It usually starts
with “this is annoying.”

  1. 01
    THE PROBLEM

    This is annoying.

Do the same thing three times. Start questioning everything.

  2. 02
    THE IDEA

    What if I just…

One questionable idea. A new folder. There goes the weekend.

  3. 03
    THE PROTOTYPE

    Okay, it works.

Connect the parts. Break it a few times. Make it useful.

  4. 04
    THE SHIP

    Oops. A real product.

Ship it. Let someone else try it. Find the next annoying thing.

THE PROCESS, MORE OR LESS
IDEA → SOMETHING REAL
Experience

A few real-world commits.

I like building software around problems that probably could have been solved manually, but where's the fun in that?

Most of my work sits somewhere between software engineering, AI systems, automation and “wouldn't it be funny if...”
